This paste tastes amazing in a number of recipes. It’s super easy to make and will keep for three months in the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g turmeric peeled weight
  • 50 g ginger peeled weight
  • 50 g garlic peeled weight
  • 4 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry, and peel the turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Remember: the weights given are for the peeled spices.
  • Place everything into a mixer and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the paste into clean jars.

Notes

Keeps for up to three months in the fridge.
