GGT Paste (Garlic, Ginger & Turmeric)
This paste tastes amazing in a number of recipes. It’s super easy to make and will keep for three months in the fridge.

Ingredients

turmeric
peeled weight

ginger
peeled weight

garlic
peeled weight

cider vinegar

tsp
salt
Instructions
Wash, dry, and peel the turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Remember: the weights given are for the peeled spices.
Place everything into a mixer and blend until smooth.
Transfer the paste into clean jars.
Notes
Keeps for up to three months in the fridge.
