GGT Paste (Garlic, Ginger & Turmeric)
This paste tastes amazing in a number of recipes. It’s super easy to make and will keep for three months in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 50 g turmeric peeled weight
- 50 g ginger peeled weight
- 50 g garlic peeled weight
- 4 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash, dry, and peel the turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Remember: the weights given are for the peeled spices.
- Place everything into a mixer and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the paste into clean jars.
Notes
Keeps for up to three months in the fridge.
