- 80 g Egg White (about two medium eggs)
- 150 g Sugar
- 200 g Almonds
- 2 tbsp Amaretto di Saronno
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks
Gently fold in the almonds, sugar and Amaretto
shape into small balls and bake at 170 °C fan for 15 mins
