Ingredients

  • 80 g Egg White (about two medium eggs)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto di Saronno

Instructions

  • Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks
  • Gently fold in the almonds, sugar and Amaretto
  • shape into small balls and bake at 170 °C fan for 15 mins
