If so, my sincerest apologies but you need to re-enter through this post. Pass The Sauce unfortunately crashed last night. I have three back-ups but as I was uploading it, all three files were corrupted*. To cut the long story short, 50% of the photos are gone (some are still in my portable hard disk) and all entries from February - April 2008 are gone as well (I was able to retrieve latter posts from my Google Reader).

*I requested for a back-up image of my site from my hosting provider as soon as I found out (I’m even willing to pay for it). I got a cute, BS reply from them: “unfortunately we dont have backups …the way the backup systems on our new servers work do not create .snapshot directories where periodic backups are stored.” Accommodating logs and back-up requests is what I do for a living and this is just unacceptable. Why will you even switch servers when they can’t perform at par or even better than your old/current ones?
