What makes me extra happy: not eating at Le Ching (I got MSG overdose the last time I ate there I got so nauseous), Tropic Thunder, and contests

my dates Jayvee and Peter

Jayvee, some veggies, and a small bowl of pho ga (chicken noodle soup, Php 173.60++)

Peter and a large bowl of pho bo kho (beef stew, Php 229.60++)

They also shared a com bo xao (tenderloin beef with rice, Php 240.80++)

My order?

A large bowl of vermicelli, grilled chicken, vegetables, and fried spring rolls (Php 229.60++)

plus my favorite munchies from Pho Hoa:

cha gio viet (fried rice paper roll with pork & vermicelli, Php 106.40++)

I love cha gio viet! I reckon even telling my dates that I can eat these forever. I forgot to time how long we ate but all I remember’s that we had a hard time standing up!
