July 28. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf African Sunrise. MMMMM.

The oh so yummy tea that I’ve been (long) waiting for finally has an ETA here in Manila! *insert puppy eyes here*

This full bodied, red herbal infusion uses African honeybush exclusively grown on a farm between the mountains of Riversdal in the Western Cape of South Africa. Its exceptional fusion of flavor and aroma comes from the sharp tangy taste of orange peel, the characteristic sweet honey scent of honeybush flowers and beautiful mallow flowers.

The African Sunrise will come in three variants – hot, iced and latte – making it more than an after-meal routine. The Bean suggests that we enjoy this delightful drink with the following yummy bites:

Hot African Sunrise

+

Cheesecakes or Pistachio Sans Rival

Iced African Sunrise

+

Chef’s Tuna Sandwich

African Sunrise Latte
MY FAVORITE! Man stirrer/topping in photo not included with regular order

+

French Apple Pie and Honey Bran Muffin
Let’s pretend that this Rocky Road bar is one of the two. I finished my Honey Bran Muffin too soon to take a photo!

So again, don’t forget to mark the 28th of July on your calendars. Put your coffee loving taste buds aside and let this brew sweep you off your feet. :)

Haha. Caught you in the act of taking more muffins than you should have! Kidding. Thanks for coming; hope to share another cup with you soon! :D
