The Aloe Vera Jelly

Before you can even say “ewwwww” I assure you that it does not in anyway taste or smell like a raw aloe vera. It’s so refreshing, yummy, and guilt free (it’s sugar free!). This delicate meal ender’s one of the scrumptious desserts offered by Manila’s dessert Mecca, Diamond Hotel.

To date, Diamond Hotel’s the only stand-alone dessert catering service here in Manila. That’s great news to tea party fans, no? I can totally picture these lovely babies on a sweet 16 or engagement party:
